We visit the land, pull the title and tell you plainly what can be done on it.

STAGE 2

Survey and drawings to the standard the authority expects, agreed with you first.

STAGE 3

We lodge with the council and ministry and push the file until it clears.

STAGE 4

Approved plan, beacons on the ground, a file you can take to a bank.
